−Do I own what you build?
The HubSpot work, yes. It is built in your own portal, under your own accounts,
and documented so your team can run it without us. Speed to Lead is different. It is a
service that runs on our system, so it answers your enquiries for as long as you subscribe
and stops when that stops. No fixed term, no exit fee, and anything we built inside your own
portal stays yours either way.
+How long does a build take?
Most builds run four to six weeks from the first mapping session to handover.
You will know the sequence up front, because we agree the plan before anything is built.
+What if we already have a system nobody uses?
That is the most common thing we see. We map what is there, switch off what
should not be running, fix what is broken, and hand it back to a standard your team can
actually follow.
+Do you work outside Australia?
We are Sydney-based and most of our clients are Australian, but the work is
remote and we have delivered across several time zones.
